Terms of Service
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
Community rules
You agree not to post or send content that:
- harasses, threatens or incites violence against anyone;
- depicts or promotes poaching, illegal take, trafficking in protected species, or any other unlawful wildlife activity;
- is sexually explicit, hateful or otherwise unlawful;
- infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
- is spam, or misrepresents who you are.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store and display it inside the app so the service can function. You can revoke this by deleting the content.
Moderation
Anyone can report content from inside the app. Content flagged by several members is hidden automatically pending review. We may remove content, hide it, or suspend accounts that breach these terms. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
Purchases through the Trading Post
- Products are sold by independent vendors. Listings, prices, stock and descriptions are supplied by those vendors.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see your full card number.
- Shipping, returns and warranty claims are handled by the vendor that sold the item. Contact them first; we will help if they do not respond.
- We may cancel an order and refund you if an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced.
Outfitter directory and bookings
Outfitters, guides and processors listed in the directory are independent businesses. A booking request made through the app is a request to that business — not a confirmed reservation, and not a contract with us. Payment, cancellation, licensing and insurance are matters between you and them. We do not verify licences or insurance and are not responsible for their conduct or safety practices.
Affiliate programme
Where an outfitter participates, you may share a referral link and earn the stated commission on bookings attributed to it. Commission is confirmed only after the outfitter confirms the booking, and is paid according to the programme terms. Self-referrals and misleading promotion are not eligible. If you share a referral link publicly you must disclose that you may earn a commission — this is required by law in the United States.
Hunting and fishing regulations — important
The app may summarise seasons, bag limits, licence requirements and similar rules. These summaries are for convenience only, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not legal advice. Regulations change and vary by state, county and property. You are solely responsible for confirming the current rules with the relevant wildlife agency, and for hunting and fishing lawfully, ethically and safely. We accept no liability for citations, penalties or losses arising from reliance on information in the app.
Safety
Hunting, fishing, boating and backcountry travel carry real risk of injury or death. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, your equipment, and compliance with firearm and boating law.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts of vendors, outfitters or other members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your access
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect.
